1. Service Description

PulsaFit is a fitness analytics platform that connects with Garmin wearable devices via the Garmin Health API. We provide training load analysis, recovery insights, sleep intelligence, and health trend dashboards based on data from your Garmin watch.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 16 years old to use PulsaFit.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data.
• PulsaFit insights are informational and do not constitute medical advice.

3. Data Usage and Limitations

PulsaFit processes health data solely to provide fitness insights to you. We do not use your data for purposes beyond the described service. Data accuracy depends on your Garmin device and its sensors; we do not guarantee the accuracy of derived insights.

4. Limitation of Liability

PulsaFit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. PulsaFit should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted within 24 hours. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montevideo, Uruguay.
